Our Story
A family, a Norfolk smallholding, and a belief that life is better with soil under your nails.
Norfolk
A smallholding to keep us grounded.
Greenfields grew out of a simple wish — to balance our busy professional lives with something real. A patch of Norfolk, a few hens, some hives and a kitchen garden that keeps us connected to the seasons and the soil.
We are not a big commercial farm. We tend the place around our working week, and we love that it gives more than we can use — so we share the rest with our community: fresh eggs, raw honey, homemade preserves and whatever the beds are giving. This is starter text — replace it with your own words in the WordPress page editor.
Three things we will not rush.
The soil
Compost, cover crops and crop rotation, so the ground gives more each year, not less.
The seasons
We grow what wants to grow when it wants to — and let the calendar set the menu.
The pickers
Every berry is picked by hand, at ripeness, by people who care how it tastes.
Taste the difference for yourself.
Come and meet us at the gate, or browse what is ripening right now.
